Jolly Dumpling ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website https://jollydumpling.shop/ (the "Site"). This policy explains how and when your order gets to you.

Shipping Costs
Orders of 3 calendars or more ship free. For orders of 1 or 2 calendars, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Where We Ship
We ship worldwide.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time
Orders typically arrive within 6 to 10 business days after processing, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and can run longer during the holiday season.

Tracking
Every order is packaged securely and shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Ordering for December 1
The countdown starts on December 1. Allow for both processing and delivery time when you order, so your calendar arrives before door 1.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right. If your tracking shows no movement or your order has not arrived, email us and we will look into it with the carrier.
